Location was amazing and the room was just as great! Loved that it had powerful AC and a mini fridge

It was good but no staff for check in. The online check in asks for way too much personal data

Over all it was great.

Big room, clean, comfortable bed,very nice bathroom, very good location!

Room extremely warm, I don’t know if it was because of the fact that the sun hit the window the entire day or because de AC was too weak, the fact is that at night it was never cool enough

Central location! Safe and secure! Fab place

What a perfect location! Room was great and spacious! Really happy and loved the way we checked in and self check in/out .

Very Good

The room was clean, comfortable and the location was great. You access via a keypad - we never spoke with a person but apparently they were available if there were any issues (we had none).

We didn’t like the app to access which requires a lot of personal information including passports and a photo of you holding your passport to be uploaded. There is no other way to check in, so good to know

Central room perfect for a few days in Florence

Nice comfortable room in the middle of Florence. Considering how central it was it was surprising how quiet it was as well which was nice. The room was a decent no frills comfortable room that was central to everything. The staff were also very easy to deal with when we had to contact them.

The bed was quite small and not vert comfortable but other than that very few things to complain about with the room.

Fantastically located to explore Florence

Check in and check out was really easy. Good communication too. This is a basic room, not a hotel. You have a room and that's it. As a base for exploring Florence, you could not be better located. A 1 min walk to the Ponte Vecchio and a couple of minutes to the Uffizi, 5 mins to the Duomo Cathedral. Plenty of places to eat nearby and i'd suggest you look on Trip Advisor as there are so many! One we really liked was Toto Restorante- about a 1 min walk door to door

With a 10am checkout, no facilities were provided to store bags. A bit annoying when we still had the day to explore the city. There are a few bag storage facilities, so it's not the end of the world!

new rooms, big shower in room 1, location was perfect

it was noisy because of the location but the room has shutters outside so you can minimise the sound

great location!facility with elevator and renovated rooms.

the only thing I can say is that there is no luggage deposit but there is a bar very close to the facility where you can leave your staff with 5 euros x luggage
